Eating at Chow makes me feel like I'm in a Bugs Bunny cartoon with Wagner's "Flight of the Valkyries" in high speed. The food is good, but you'll be out of there before you can blink.

You often have to wait a half an hour before getting seated. Boy do they know how to make up for lost time. The exclamation point in the name really means something here.

The Ambience:
Because Chow is a cheap, decent eatery, it is ALWAYS crowded. This means it's noisy, your table is practically on top of your neighbors' tables and waiters are speed-walking in every direction.

The Menu:
Entrees, pasta, sandwiches and pizza at $6-$9. Whatever tickles your fancy.

The Food:
Gourmet quality and therefore, rather under-priced if there is such a thing. The Cobb salad is enormous and delicious, the sandwiches spilleth over, and the pasta is hot, tasty and generous.

The Service:
Fast. Like REALLY fast. Like you can barely complete one conversation before you're paying your bill.

Reservations: Not accepted.

Overall: B-
Wait, shovel and run.
